W. A. Randolph (Randy) McClean is a senior attorney at Cortes Immigration Law Firm. Randy graduated from the University of Florida earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors. While in law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Randy gained valuable litigation experience at his internship at the Office of the State Attorney in Alachua County. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1996, Randy joined the Office of the State Attorney for Orange and Osceola counties. As an Assistant State Attorney, Randy gained extensive trial and litigation experience as he handled countless felony, juvenile, traffic, and misdemeanor cases. Randy is an experienced trial attorney who has lectured at law enforcement seminars and taught law enforcement recruits at Valencia Community College’s Law Enforcement Academy. In 1999, Randy entered private practice to serve the legal needs of his clients whether they are located in the United States or abroad. In private practice, Randy shifted his focus to representing his clients in State and Federal Courts, as well as before governmental agencies. Randy zealously represents his clients and understands the complex legal, emotional, and financial issues that can arise in a case. Randy is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and compassionate representation for each and every one of his clients. On the personal side, Randy, has had significant exposure to U.S. immigration law throughout his life. He is the son of immigrants from the Caribbean Island of Barbados, and has family from Europe, Central America, South America, Asia, and the Caribbean.
